  2. This website is hosted by WIX.  It collects and uses personal information for contact forms and email links on behalf of WALLSIERIDES. You may remove your information with WIX at any time by contacting instructor@wallsierides.co.uk.  

  3. Any physical fitness and medical data collected, including PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONARES and HEALTH AND SCREENING FORMS, will be kept safe and confidential and will be held for the duration of your active participation with WALLSIERIDES and up to 7 years after you cease.

  4. If you supply your email address, we may contact you using instructor@wallsierides.co.uk to provide you with information that is relevant to your Indoor Cycling interests and session information. Your email will then be automatically stored in that email account, hosted by IONOS, indefinitely. If you wish for your email to be removed from WALLSIERIDES email account, please request removal via email providing the contact information you wish to be removed.   5. If you provide your phone number, your number will be stored in Dave Walls mobile phone for the purpose of contacting you with information relevant to your Indoor Cycling sessions, including by SMS and WhatsApp. This will be stored indefinitely, and if you wish for your number to be removed, please request removal via email providing the contact information you wish to be removed.

  7. Any data breech will be reported to the ICO (https://ico.org.uk/) within 72 hours.

  8. This privacy policy may change from time to time in line with legislation or industry developments. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes. Instead, we recommend that you check this page occasionally for any policy changes.
